Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Centre for Extension Education (CEE) supports the design, development, prior experiential learning, and delivery of English and academic programmes for adult, part-time and online learners as well as UTAR and International students.

ACCA Preparatory Course is a Professional Qualification Preparatory Programme for individuals who plan to take the ACCA examination. The course is offered to qualified candidates who have completed or are granted exemption from ACCA Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills Exam. Eligible UTAR students are granted exemptions of up to 9 papers for the ACCA Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills modules and are eligible to take the ACCA Strategic Professional module.

APEL(C) is for individuals who have accumulated sufficient experiential learning for a course in an MQA accredited programme offered by UTAR. The awards of credits from APEL(C) upon the assessment for sufficient knowledge and competency in the area of study programme shortens the programme duration.

English Enhancement Programme (EEP) provides interactive, student-centred English lessons to equip learners from school-leavers up to working adults with necessary English Language skills in order for them to communicate more effectively and efficiently in the language for the fulfillment of their various needs.

English Language Clinic is aimed at university students, in particular, who want to enhance their English proficiency and boost their confidence level while dealing with real-life circumstances by engaging in conversations in a welcoming environment of sharing and learning.

Inspire@Learning offers Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and webinars conducted by UTAR. MOOC is aimed at meeting the needs of specific skills, competencies or even new knowledge required by learners. It is offered as non-exam mode.

Mathematics Enhancement Course (MEC) is tailored to enhance students' fundamental knowledge in key mathematical areas such as algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics. This course is specifically designed to provide students with a solid foundation in these fundamental concepts, equipping them with the skills and understanding necessary to excel in more advanced mathematical pursuits.

Micro-Credential Course (MCC) is for individuals who are interested to take academic courses in examination mode without registering for a degree programme. It is offered in three modes which are the physical, blended and online modes.

Malaysian University English Test (MUET) Preparatory Course is for individuals who wish to enhance their English proficiency in the four skills, reading, listening, writing and speaking, through holistic guidance and mock test in order to sit for the MUET.

Non-Graduating Course (NGC) is for individuals who are interested to take academic courses without registering on a degree programme for professional and/or personal gain. It is offered in a non-examination mode. The course is conducted physically at campus.

Part-Time Honours Degree Programmes (PTD) are tailored for those who wish to earn recognized qualification to achieve work or lifelong learning goals without having to compromise on their job commitments or other responsibilities.

Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) are catered for UTAR (outbound) and overseas (inbound) students who desire to experience in-depth academic learning to meet the competitive global demand while immersing in a new culture abroad. They can choose to join the Academic Exchange Programme or Internship Programme.
