About Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a systematic maintenance for the improvement and broadening of knowledge, understanding and skills, and the development of personal qualities. Professional bodies adopt formal CPD schemes to encourage and in theory compel members to keep up-to-date and enhance their competence. In order to retain membership, members of professional bodies are required to collect CPD points. These CPD points can be collected by joining the courses offered by Inspire@Learning.

CPD Points*

Upon the completion of recognised courses in Inspire@Learning, please complete the 'Registration of E-Certificate of Attendance' form for the issuance of e-certificate by Centre for Extension Education, UTAR before applying for CPD points.

*Subject to the professional bodies' terms and conditions

UTAR CPD Activities
