Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) aims to fulfil the needs of learners who seek specific skills, competencies and new knowledge in their career or for lifelong learning. To ensure the learners understand all topics in the MOOC, they must complete the quizzes and achieve a minimum score at the end of each topic. Learners who achieve the minimum score are awarded a digital badge for each topic assessed and subsequently the learners proceed to the next topic. This process will continue till the end of the course. Learners will only be given 3 attempts for a quiz. If a learner fails to achieve the minimum score for all 3 attempts, the learner will fail the course. However, the learner can sign up for the course again at any time.
MOOC can be a stand-alone micro-credential course of an accredited programme, inspired by an accredited programme or customised upon demand of the job market or the industries. It is also to recognise informal and non-formal learning.

Enrol in an array of free courses for your personal and/or professional development. Pay only RM10 for the e-certificate.
Enrol in various courses which come with an affordable fee for your personal and/or professional development.

Complete each chapter and quizzes provided

Digital badge will be issued to learner who meet the minimum score for quizzes provided in each chapter

Learner to complete the Feedback Survey

Learner request CEE to have the E-Certificate of Completion once they collected all the digital badges required for a course
