Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Centre for Extension Education (CEE) supports the design, development and delivery of academic related programmes for adult, part-time and online learners as well as UTAR and International students. CEE offers a range of programmes such as Part-time Honours Degree Programmes and Non-Graduating Course (NGC) (Exam/Non-Exam Mode) to lifelong learners who seek knowledge and enrichment opportunities for professional and personal gain. CEE also has online courses at Inpsire@Learning to accommodate those with busy schedules and individuals who prefer to set their own pace for learning. CEE's English Enhancement Programme provides interactive, student-centred English lessons catering to learners from school-leavers up to working adults. UTAR and overseas students who desire to experience in-depth academic learning to meet the competitive global demand while immersing in a new culture abroad can choose to join the Inbound/Outbound Academic Exchange Programme or Internship Programme through CEE's Student Exchange Programmes.

Effective 1 January 2020, programmes such as Corporate Training, In-house Training, Professional Qualification, and Public Training along with Short Course will be managed by Centre for Corporate and Community Development (CCCD).
